Hastings Beer and Music Festival, 2nd–5th July 2026

Fancy being part of one of Hastings’ best-loved local events? Hastings Beer and Music Festival is run entirely by volunteers, and we’re looking for enthusiastic people to join the team.

It’s busy, lively and great fun. You’ll meet new people, enjoy the festival atmosphere from the inside, and help raise money for local good causes across Hastings.

Bar Staff

We need friendly servers, drink makers and budding mixologists. No experience is required — full training will be provided. All you need is a smile, energy and a willingness to get stuck in.

You'll learn bar skills, work in a lively atmosphere, and be at the heart of the festival action.

Social Media / Marketing Team

Looking for graphic designers and a media/video team to create content for our social channels and add to our current team.

General Volunteer – Build

A general hands-on person who is looking to help during the build and take down. Someone who likes to get stuck in behind the scenes of the festival.

Places are limited, so completing the application form does not guarantee a spot on the team. We’ll review applications and confirm roles as soon as we can.
